Taste and aroma of gouda cheese with a subtle crunch of salt. Color comes from the addition of a red pesto, composed of tomato, chili pepper, garlic, basil, fenugreek, and paprika.
Aged for 12 months minimum, gouda is made in the polder region around the old city of Utrecht, in the Netherlands.
